Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.01.2018 and 06.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court for issuance of separate Patta in respect of Ayan Punja land in Survey No.470 to an extent of 1 acre 1⁄2 cent situated at Velliyanai Village, Karur District in the light of Judgment dated 25.10.2017 passed in S.A(MD)No.958 of 2014 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Writ Petition, but made a plea that rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved to file a fresh writ petition by annexing relevant papers which according to writ petitioner constitute crux of the instant Writ Petition. To be noted, there is also variance between prayer contained in Writ Petition and in affidavit. 2.Permitted to withdraw.
