Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first and second respondents.

2.This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to provide the petitioner with adequate police protection.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed on 02.11.2021. It is stated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.17609 of 2021 that the petitioner had availed loan from the third respondent and that the concerned forum is seized of the matter. There is nothing for the police authorities to interfere at this point of time. 4.Recording the said submission and the aforesaid development, the criminal original petition is closed.
