The petitioner has lodged a complaint and also filed this writ petition that his complaint dated 25.07.2024 has not been enquired by the respondent Police.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent, who in turn forwarded the same to the 2nd respondent for enquiry and the same was treated as current paper enquiry in C.No.G3/29587/2416/2025. After the enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 30.07.2025. 2/4
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
