ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 17.07.2025 before the 2nd respondent Police and also filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry on his complaint dated 17.07.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.1138 of 2025 and the same was closed on 17.07.2025.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 05.08.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
