The petitioner with a request to relocate the TASMAC wine shop, which is situated adjacent to Karuppaswamy temple at the Kodaikanal Road, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District has filed this writ petition in the year 2015.

2.Today(11.10.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the above mentioned TASMAC Shop has already been shifted.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
