Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to produce the body of person of the detenue by bane Alagu Bowsi, daughter of Chinnan aged about 18 years who has been missing from 17.09.2019 onwards before this Honourable Court and set her at liberty. O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the body of person of the detenue by bane Alagu Bowsi, daughter of Chinnan aged about 18 years who has been missing from 17.09.2019 onwards before this Honourable Court and set her at liberty

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police registered the First Information Report in Crime No. 455 of 2019 for the offence under Section Woman Missing and now enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned jurisdictional magistrate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
