Prayer in Habeas Corpus Petition(MD) No. . 1597/ 2022 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased To issue a writ in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate Writ or direction, directing Respondents No.1 and 2 herein to take necessary steps to produce the body or person of petitioner`s sons namely 1)KevinVarne(aged about 14 years) S/o.Souriraj and (2) Castro Bensikar (aged about 12 years) S/o.Souriraj before this Hon'ble Court from the illegal custody of the Respondents 3 and 4 and hand over the custody to the petitioner.
