ORDER

This petition is filed seeking modification of the order that has been passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, in Cr.M.P.No.4140 of 2021, dated 20.10.2021.

2. The petitioners have moved anticipatory bail application before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, and that petition was allowed by imposing conditions upon the petitioners that they should appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders and insofar as relaxation & modification of condition is concerned, the petitioners should approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gandarvakkottai.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, when they have approached the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gandarvakkottai, since the order of anticipatory bail was passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, they were directed to approach the District Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20196 of 2021 4.It appears that the grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners is genuine one. So, that portion of the order directing the petitioners to approach before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gandarvakkottai, in case of relaxation and modification is set aside and the petition is allowed. In case of relaxation and modification, he can approach only the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
