PRAYER in W.P(MD)No.4772 of 2014: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Declaration, calling for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 relating to Tender No.BPCL/LPG/PKD/SR/2013/08/ TUTICORIN, DECLARE that the entire tender process as null and void, consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the impugned tender and call for new tender and process the same strictly adhering to the selection of SC/ST Contractors for Transportation of packed LPG Cylinders from LPG Bottling Plant in Thoothukudi Plant, as required under the Tender Condition as well as other terms therein.
