O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 05.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's husband CSR No.278 of 2024, came to be registered and at the time of enquiry, since the both parties have entered into compromise, the petition was ordered to be closed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the dispute is of civil in nature and that the private respondent has informed that he has already filed an appeal and in view of the compromise between the parties, the petition was ordered to be closed. 2/4

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court, if is advised. No costs.
