Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.701/A3/2013 signed on 18.02.2014, quash the same and direct the third respondent to provide the petitioner's service register for enabling the second respondent to revise the petitioner's pension proposal as called for by the first respondent dated 17.12.2012 and called for by the first respondent to sanction and pay the revised pension from 01.08.2011 till date of payment together with interest of 24% per annum within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 made a submission that the proposal submitted by the competent authorities have been admitted by the Accountant General of Tamil Nadu and all the dues were settled in favour of the writ petitioner.
