When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main Writ Petition, joint patta was issued in the name of the petitioner and two others in the proceedings of the respondent in Ni.Mu.A11/5956/2023, dated 18.08.2025. He has also produced the patta transfer order before this Court.
