PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to transfer the patta in 1/4

the name of petitioner regarding the property measuring 7.45 cents in ReSurvey No.A/5/37 situated at Vadasery Village, Agasteeswaram taluk, Kanyakumari District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to subject property by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.09.2021.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the petitioner should make her application through online mode by submitting all the relevant documents and that the same will be considered by the second respondent and orders will be passed. 2/4

3. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents. The second respondent shall act upon the same and hear the objections of the respondents 4 to 7 and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner.
