DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal having come up for final hearing on Tuesday Thirtieth day of November Two Thousand and Twenty one and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Courts below and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of , Mr.S.Manoharan,Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.Babu Rajendran, Advocate for the respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the Decree and Judgment dated 28.02.2018 in H.M.C.M.A.No.9 of 2015 passed by the V Additional District Judge, Madurai by partly allowing H.M.O.P.No.102 of 2000 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai dated 13.08.2015 be and hereby are confirmed and this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed.

(2) That there be no costs in this Appeal.
