The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the petitioner is receiving the salary as of now and the respondents are also disbursing the same without any delay. This being the factum, the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
