[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to provide sufficient protection to carry on the professional duties of the petitioner's association (Navagraha Yathirai Paniyalargal) on the basis of the representation dated 09.01.2015.

2. It is seen that this writ petition is of the year 2015 and no interim order has been granted by this Court. Though this writ petition is pending from the year 2015, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks adjournment even today. Further, this writ petition has been filed by an Association, which is not maintainable. Therefore, for these reasons, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to them to approach the authority concerned for redressal of their grievance in the manner known to law. No costs.
