To issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent made in his proceedings in P.D.O.No.28/2021 dated 22/05/2021 in Detaining the detenue under section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as Boot-Legger and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the Detenue namely kaliyaperumal S/o.Karupaiya, Male, aged about 60 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Hon`ble Court and set him at liberty.

CRL MP(MD) No.9780 of 2021 Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to fix an early date, to dispose the H.C.P(MD)No.833 of 2021, filed on 01.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and informs this Court that they require four weeks' time to file a counter in the main Habeas Corpus Petition itself and on filing the counter, the matter may be taken up for final disposal immediately.

3. Recording the same, this application is dismissed.

4. Post the Habeas Corpus Petition on 17.12.2021, for final disposal.
