ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to o expedite the process in D.V.C.No. 2 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (FAC) Musiri.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in D.V.C.No. 2 of 2017 some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri to dispose the case pending in D.V.C.No. 2 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
