This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide Tender Schedule Form or ETender Schedule Form to the petitioner to enable him to participate in the Tender in pursuance to the Tender Notice, dated 09.07.2015 issued by the second respondent.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not submit his tender application, because of certain technical defects. The tender was in respect of giving Bar licence in TASMAC Shops. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives in this Writ Petition, in view of the fact that the period, for which tender was called for, is over and that the permit given to another person also came to an end.

W.P.(MD)No.12549 of 2015 3.In such circumstances, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this Writ Petition as infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
