ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, Kanniyakumari District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6799 of 024 in Crl.A(MD) No.572 of 2024, dated 25.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is residing at Sannapuram, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District and in order to comply the condition imposed, he is incurring considerable expenses on a daily basis. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6799 of 024 in Crl.A(MD) No.572 of 2024, is modified to the effect that the the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further 2/3

orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police station.
