To call for records and set aside the Judgment and Acquittal order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District in S.T.C.No.757 of 2019 dated 22.06.2023 and convict the accused for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SREENIVASAN.M.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.BHARATHI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3
