ORDER

The petitioner has submitted applications dated 03.12.2018 and 22.05.2023 to the second respondent requesting for transfer of patta in his name for the property comprised in Survey Nos.148/1C1, 97, 147/1A2, 109/6D, 110/6, 136/1A, 136/2A1A, 107/1B, 94/5, 137/1A1A1 situated Karan Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanthapuram District. Since the applications have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application dated 03.12.2018 was rejected by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar on 21.02.2019, which is also available in the Web-site.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the learned Special Government Pleader to furnish a copy of the order dated 21.02.2019 to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 10.08.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
