PRAYER :- To modify the condition No.6(c) imposed in Crl.OP(MD). No.11543 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(c) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.11543 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an bail application before this Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.11543 of 2025. The said bail petition was heard and on 09.07.2025, this Court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.6(c) as follows:

''(c). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., except on hearing dates until further orders; and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on hearing dates without fail. ''

3. He further submits that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has complying with the said condition before the respondent police. However, the 2/5

petitioner is facing life threats in appearing and signing before the respondent police. Due to which, the petitioner is afraid to comply with the said condition before the respondent police station. Therefore, the petitioner seek indulgence of this Court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.6(c) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11543 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025.

6. Accordingly, Condition No.6(c) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11543 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025, is modified as ''The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Pallikkaranai Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, except on hearing dates. On hearing dates, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court.'' . The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 3/5

7. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
