ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to change the classification of the land situated at Survey No. 369/2B, Karadikkal village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, from Government Boomidhana land to agricultural land as per proceedings passed by the Tamil Nadu Boomidhana Board order dated 25.05.1988 and revenue records in the 3rd respondents official website based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2025.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2025, in the light of Tamil Nadu Boomidhana Board order dated 25.05.1988 and pass 2/4
orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
