Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is for concluding enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents informs the Court that Enquiry was already concluded and report was submitted on 20.07.2015 and the report was served on the petitioner on 28.09.2015. Nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4

4. This writ petition is close accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
