ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents herein to give appointment to the petitioner forthwith on compassionate basis of the petitioner mother's representation, dated 28.08.2021.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's mother had made a representation seeking for compassionate appointment which arose out of the death of the father of the petitioner which have been made within a period of three years and that the same is pending with the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 28.08.2021 for grant of compassionate appointment to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
