Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9516 of 2023, dated 06.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the condition has been imposed upon the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police by the order dated 06.06.2023. Because of harassment that is made by the respondent Police, the condition may be modified to the effect that to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3. Since the petitioner is involved in the offence under Section 420 IPC, there is no question of modification.
