ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned selection list of Technical Assistant Post (EEE) by Direct Recruitment for the year 2013-14 dated 24.02.2014 issued by the 1st respondent in so far as non-selection of the petitioner for the post of Technical Assistant (EEE) in Scheduled Caste (priority category) and sought consequential direction to the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the Selection Panel List for the year 2013-14 .

2. Heard M/s.B.Prasanna Vinoth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.M.Rajeswari, for M/s.M.Parameswari, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. Perused the material documents available on record.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted 'No Instructions'.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and also the Recruitment is for the year 2013-2014.
