2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died. Till date steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is closed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
