Crl.O.P(MD)No.17618 of 2021 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that the matter was enquired into and closed on 15.11.2021. There is a civil dispute between the parties and the same is pending adjudication in O.S.No.223 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil. The parties have given a written undertaking that they would abide by the outcome of the civil proceedings.

3.Recording this development, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
