The instant Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 02.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.8311 of 2024.

2.In compliance with the order of this Court, the fourth respondent has passed an order dated 04.10.2024 granting benefits to the three writ petitioners and not granting similar benefits to the other four writ petitioners.
