O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose the representation to cancel the Submission S.No.696/2 in Madurai Town, submitted by the petitioner on 01.09.2012 by due process of law.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader had produced a letter written by the 4th respondent seeking one month time to take appropriate action.A letter written by her in Na.Ka.No.J/647/2019 dated 03.01.2023, is taken on record.

3. In view of the said letter, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 4th respondent is directed to issue appropriate notice to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent herein before passing an order, in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
