ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed, seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9478 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.677 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 03.07.2023, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. He further submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now.

4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9478 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.677 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023.
