CRL.O.P(MD) No.8958 of 2018 2.The order impugned in this petition is only an order passed under Section 111 Cr.P.C. and thereafter, the first respondent conducted enquiry and passed the final order under Section 145 Cr.P.C., dated 18.05.2018, vide Na.Ka.No.Aa2/3221/2018, M.C.21/2018/A2. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners become infructuous.

3.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final order passed by the first respondent.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
