PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned first Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Trichy to consider the bail application of the Petitioners on the same day of their 1/4

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned I Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Trichy to consider the Petitioners' bail application on the same day of surrender in Crime No.216 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the Petitioners are having no previous cases.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with the following conditions:- 2/4

i) The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned I Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Trichy within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading the copy of this order in the official web-site of this Court. ii) On such surrender by the Petitioners, the learned I Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Trichy shall consider the bail application of the Petitioners and dispose of the same as per law.
