The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No. 478 of 2017 dated 14.12.2017 on the file of the first respondent .

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the statement also recorded from the second respondent and they are about to close the FIR. The said statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to close the FIR, based on a statement recorded from the second respondent.
