This petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings in A2/MC5/2018 dated 27.03.2018 passed by the 1st respondent as against the petitioners.

2.The petitioners filed this petition to challenge the show cause notice issued against them under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. The said notice was issued in the month of March, 2018. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost 1-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
