The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing constitution of an expert committee, to collect samples at random, from the retail outlets in the State, of YUM Products, Kurkure, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Heavens Chicken, Nestle Products and Marry Brown and test the samples, at the Kings Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai and to file the test reports, within a time frame. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as 2/4
