Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner had filed IDOP No.325 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil for dissolving her marriage with the respondent. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the petition mentioned IDOP. 1/3
3. I am not fully aware of the work load of the Family Court, Nagercoil. I am therefore not in a position to give any direction as sought for. However, one relief can be granted to the petitioner. She is said to be working in Soudi Arabia as a nurse. The court below shall not insist on the personal appearance of the petitioner except for cross examination. On all other occasions, she can be represented by her counsel. Liberty is given to the petitioner's counsel to make a request to the presiding officer for speedy disposal.
