2. Mr.D.R.Murugesan, learned counsel submits that he has handed over the papers to the party one year back and he is no longer counsel on record for the petitioner.

3. The Writ Petition is of the year 2014. There was no representation on the side of the petitioner on the last hearing date i.e., on 19.11.2020. Today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the writ petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition as no counsel has been engaged to attend the matter even after the lapse of one year.
