The present writ petition is filed challenging the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.25, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 06.02.2014.

2. The Honourable Supreme Court of India, in the case of V.Lavanya and others vs. State of Tamil Nadu, reported in 2017 (1) SCC 322, has upheld the validity of the said Government Order.

3. In view of the fact that the validity of the impugned Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.25, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 06.02.2014, has been upheld by the Honourable Supreme Court of India, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
