ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, as ordered by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to COVID-19 pandemic situation and lock down, the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
