Prayer : This Criminal Revision is filed under Section 397 & 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order made in Cr.M.P.No.6224 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul, dated 29.12.2017 in connection with Crime No.278 of 2017, on the file of the respondent and to return the seized Tobacco of 30 bags to the petitioner.

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.6224 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul, dated 29.12.2017 in connection with Crime No.278 of 2017, on the file of the respondent and to return the seized Tobacco of 30 bags to the petitioner. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, the learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the case in Cr.M.P.No.6224 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul has been ended in acquittal on 14.09.2020 and the vehicle was already handed over to the owner and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
