By relying on sale deed dated 12.07.2018 and Patta No.4225 standing in the name of the petitioner, petitioner had applied for a survey of lands in Survey Nos.932/1A1 and932/B1.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appears on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application would be considered and that necessary measures would be taken within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to the property. Therefore, a case is made out to consider his application.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey after 2/4

issuing notice to owners of adjoining lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 16.10.2025 NCC :No Internet :Yes Index :No PKN To
