Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from taking any action in S.No.327/21 until the petitioner's property in S.No.275/12A and 275/12-B2 are measured and demarcated.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The only relief the petitioner seeks is that the authorities should not take any coercive action till proper survey of the petition mentioned property is undertaken. No exception can be taken to his request. It is seen that the petitioner has already submitted an application and also remitted the necessary fees.
3.The third respondent is directed to conduct survey in respect of the petition mentioned property and demarcate the same. The usual survey procedure shall be adopted. This exercise shall be done as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
