ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that the petitioner corporation had not paid batta and the Writ Petition is dismissed as far as the second respondent is concerned vide order dated 07.04.2016. The second respondent is the contesting respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner sought time to take instructions from the petitioner corporation to restore the Writ Petition. This Court had granted several opportunities to the petitioner, but the petitioner corporation has not filed any petition to restore the Writ Petition as far as the second respondent is concerned. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
