Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has put up the residential building in the petition mentioned site. It appears to be an assigned land. The only request made by the petitioner is that the respondents must adhere to due process of law before taking any adverse action against the petitioner. No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondents are directed to adhere to due process of law.
