PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 30.06.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10092 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10092 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 20 days. This petitioner is having nine previous cases.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10092 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the I Additional Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, weekly once, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
