ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9584 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9584 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025 and this Hon'ble Court enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail. He further submits that the order copy was made ready on 26.06.2025, due to the petitioner's financial condition, they are not able to arrange sureties and produce before the concerned Court. For the said reason only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9584 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
