When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that due to administrative exigency, the order impugned dated 28.05.2018 in the present writ petition was issued by giving additional charge of the Noon Meal Centre at Panchayat Union Primary School, Elangakoor in addition to the petitioner's regular posting as Noon Meal Organizer at Valanadu Government High School. Subsequently, the order impugned passed by the third respondent was revoked. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. 2/4
